Nirankar graduated her Registered Massage Therapy program from Kikkawa College in 2007. Shortly after graduation she took her newly found skills in massage therapy to New Zealand, gaining knowledge and experience working in different clinical settings. Returning to Toronto in 2009, Nirankar picked up where she left off, and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since.
Over the past number of years working as an RMT, Nirankar has gained vast knowledge in the assessment and treatment of muscles, fascia, structure, joints and nervous system issues through continued courses and studies which have influenced her in her method of treatment.
Her technique tends to be slow and focused, while being present with the tissue, so that she can fine tune each of her treatments to meet the needs of every client. With this focus and intent she is able to quickly alleviate discomforts and chronic pain.
Nirankar has trained to become a therapeutic massage therapist, specializing in myofascial release, scar tissue work, structural assessments and treatment, TMJ treatments, concussion treatments, headache treatments, pre- and post-natal care, chronic pain management and others to be able to bring about relief and changes in the body.
Nirankar's treatment room is a relaxing, safe space for you to unwind during your massage!
